Vector Synergy seeks a seasoned Data Governance Lead to manage and chair the weekly Data Governance Board, coordinating closely with ACPV contractors. The role emphasizes governance discipline, data stewardship, and strategic oversight across data-related initiatives.

The ideal candidate will bring five+ years in data governance or BI, with a proven track record in leading formal meetings and driving data policy in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data management, information systems, computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
• At least five years of relevant experience in data governance, data management, information management, or business intelligence.
• Experience chairing governance boards, working groups, or formal decision-making meetings.

Responsabilités

• Running the weekly Data Governance Board (DGB) as Data Lead and Chair-Person in full coordination with the ACPV contractor.
• Planning, chairing and completing DGB meetings in coordination with the ACPV main contractor.
• Confirming agendas, participants and supporting materials before each meeting.

Skills, Knowledge, Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field ;
• At least five years of relevant experience in data governance, data management, information management, or business intelligence ;
• Experience chairing governance boards, working groups, or formal decision-making meetings .

Desirable

• Certification in data management, data governance , project management, ITIL, or business analysis ;
• Experience with data catalogues , BI tools , data- quality platforms , or document -management systems ;
• Experience in an international , governmental , defence , security, or regulated environment .
