You will co-create with stakeholders, lead multiple projects across marketing channels, and coordinate plans across design, development and production stages to meet KPIs. Strong analytics, Python/R/SQL coding, and cloud platform experience are required.

Responsabilités

• Plan and manage project plans and task-level estimations.
• Proactively identify upcoming conflicts and resource gaps for the business.
• Interface with global and local Brand teams on project planning and delivery management.
• Lead delivery of projects for regional and global teams within timelines and quality objectives.
• Write clean and efficient code in Python, R, SQL with cloud/data platforms (AWS, Snowflake).
• Provide analytics support to Novartis internal customers.
• Advise on strategy for commercialization and optimize Sales Force resource allocation.
• Standardize reports across brands.
