To further grow our Modern Data Platform Practice, we are currently looking for a skilled Data Insight Analyst.

Your responsibilities

Support clients in their journey towards becoming data driven by bridging the gap between business and technology;

Gather business requirements and document these in user stories and business use cases;

Able to understand the strategic goals of our clients, pinpoint the value of data and understand + communicate the role and value of data in this regard;

Translate the above in a clear well defined roadmap and understand which approach to use when (pilots and proofs of concept roadmap);

Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of the solution, in line with the expectations of business stakeholders;

Responsible for the overall quality of delivery and coaching of your more junior colleagues;

Participate in advisory of clients on the set-up of data departments and teams (incl. defining roles and responsibilities).

Job requirements

You have at least 4 years of experience with functional- and/or business analysis;

Experience gathering business requirements;

Like to interact with and guide businesspeople towards a solution generating business impact;

Thorough understanding of SQL

Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau,

Analytical mindset, good communication and interpersonal skills;

Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment;

Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral);
