To further strengthen our Modern Data Platform Practice, we are currently looking for a skilled Data Insights Analyst.

Do you enjoy bridging the gap between business and data? Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights and helping stakeholders make better decisions? Do you have hands‑on experience with Power BI and SQL, and you enjoy investigating complex datasets to uncover the story behind the numbers?

Your responsibilities

• Support business stakeholders in their journey towards a more data-driven way of working by translating data into actionable insights;
• Gather, understand, and challenge business requirements to ensure reporting and analytics solutions address the right business needs;
• Develop, maintain, and improve reporting and analytics solutions using tools like Power BI and SQL;
• Analyze large and complex datasets while ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of reporting outputs;
• Investigate data discrepancies, identify root causes, validate business logic, and assess business impact;
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of data and reporting solutions;
• Understand the value of data within the broader business context and help stakeholders leverage data more effectively.
• You have at least 2 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting, Functional Analysis, or a similar data-focused role;
• You have strong hands‑on experience with SQL and Power BI;
• You are fluent in speaking both Dutch and English;
• You have experience gathering and understanding business requirements;
• You like to interact with and guide businesspeople towards a solution generating business impact;
• You have an analytical mindset, good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
