What a day as a Data Governance Consultant looks like
  • Collaborate with clients’ data management teams to implement robust data governance frameworks.

  • Engage in initiatives involving data quality, data lifecycle management, and overall governance improvement.

  • Draft and refine policies, governance referentials, and operational guidelines.

  • Act as a Data Steward for specific business units, bridging the gap between IT, business, compliance, and security teams.

  • Assess current data management strategies, identify gaps, and provide actionable recommendations to improve governance and compliance.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice to clients beyond initial requests, fostering long‑term partnerships.

  • Define and implement policies, roles, and responsibilities within the data governance framework.

  • Support cross‑functional teams in integrating governance principles into day‑to‑day operations.

  • Assist clients in digital transformation efforts by ensuring data systems are clean, reliable, and compliant.

  • Strengthen clients’ data management frameworks to support sustainable digital transformation.

  • Collaborate with Data Governance Managers and Chief Data Officers to ensure consistent governance practices.

  • Enable businesses to achieve operational excellence through clean, healthy data systems.
