Hyperson is seeking an experienced Data Engineer or Data Scientist in Zaventem, Belgium. As a freelance consultant, you will work on strategic data projects, including building data platforms, developing predictive models, and supporting AI initiatives. You will collaborate with clients across industries and have access to a robust support network of experts for coaching and project assistance. A valid EU work permit is required, and proficiency in Dutch, French, and English is a plus.

• Can lead or coach teams when needed.
• Must hold a valid EU work permit.

Responsabilités

• Build and orchestrate data platforms and cloud architectures.
• Develop predictive models and customer insights.
• Implement CDP, CRM or marketing automation solutions.
• Support GenAI initiatives, including LLM integrations.
• Lead end-to-end projects from scoping to delivery.

The challenge

As a freelance consultant with Hyperson, you’ll collaborate with clients across industries on strategic data projects and implementation work. Depending on your expertise, your assignments may include:

• Building and orchestrating data platforms, pipelines and cloud architectures
• Developing predictive models, customer insights and CLV frameworks
• Implementing CDP, CRM, CVM or marketing automation solutions
• Supporting GenAI initiatives: RAG systems, LLM integrations, AI assistants
• Leading end‑to‑end projects, from scoping and data engineering to delivery and validation
• Acting as interim expert, advisor or project manager on marketing data topics
