Pauwels Consulting in Beerse seeks an expert data engineer to design and deliver integrated, governed data solutions for portfolio planning and resource forecasting.

You will build Layer 3 data models, ETL/ELT pipelines in a cloud environment, and integrate SAP HANA data into unified datasets for executive decision-making. The role focuses on modern architectures, performance, and cross-system consistency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of data engineering experience focusing on Snowflake and expert-level SQL.
• 8+ years of BI experience using Tableau (Desktop and Prep) and Power BI.
• Extensive experience designing ETL/ELT frameworks and data transformation pipelines.
• In-depth knowledge of portfolio planning, resource forecasting, and financial planning.
• Proven data modeling and performance optimization for large-scale transformations.
• Strong experience integrating cross-domain enterprise data from SAP HANA.
• Excellent problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
• Exceptional technical communication with IT and business stakeholders.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités
