Job summary

Phoenix Technologies is seeking a Data Engineer fluent in French or Dutch to strengthen our Data Governance practice. You will drive value from data initiatives and partner with business units to deliver measurable improvements.

In this role you will enhance our governance framework, coach Data Owners and IT teams, and ensure cross-functional alignment for metadata and data quality across Belgium. This dynamic, cross-functional environment offers opportunities to influence strategic decisions

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of experience in Data Management projects.
Proven expertise in Data Governance, Data Quality Management, Metadata Management and Master Data Management.
Fluency in French or Dutch.
Strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

Improve and adapt the Data Governance methodology by providing field feedback.
Analyze business needs and propose quick-win and sustainable data solutions.
Advise, train and coach Data Owners, Data Stewards, and IT teams on-the-job.
Maintain and ensure transversality of the Business Glossary across the organization.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary stakeholders, product teams and departments to align expectations.
Facilitate cross-functional teamwork and act as an ambassador of the One Team for customers.
