VeroTech is seeking a Data Engineer to turn raw data into powerful insights. You’ll influence how data shapes our products and services, ensuring seamless integration and optimized data processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in IT projects or BI data engineering.
• Proficiency in SQL Server and Azure services.
• Experience with Python in Databricks environments.
• Proficiency with BI and ETL tools such as Power BI, MS SSIS or MS SSRS.
• Strong collaboration with analysts and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of multiple programming languages and DevOps is a plus.
• Native level of French or Dutch with good knowledge of the other language and fluent English.

• Elevate governance practices with improved glossaries, modeling standards, and data quality.
• Apply advanced data vault modeling to structure and secure enterprise information.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to transform requirements into optimized BI solutions.
• Deliver impactful reporting and dashboards using tools as Power BI and MS SSRS.

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 5 years experience in IT projects or BI data engineering.
• Proficiency in SQL Server and Azure services.
• Experience with Python in Databricks environments.
• Proficiency with BI and ETL tools such as Power BI, MS SSIS or MS SSRS.
• Strong collaboration skills with business analysts and stakeholders.
• Experience with DevOps principles and knowledge of multiple programming languages (Java, Python, C#, PowerShell) are a big plus.
• Native level of French or Dutch (with a good knowledge of the other national language) and fluent in English.
