Job summary

Group-IPS is seeking a Data Center Project Manager based in Belgium. You will contribute to data center development projects across all lifecycle stages, gradually assuming greater ownership and responsibility.

Requirements include a Master’s in engineering, 3–4 years’ experience in data centers, BIM proficiency, and fluency in French, Dutch, and English. Travel nationally and internationally may be required, with a permanent contract.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in electrical, mechanical, electromechanical, HVAC or civil/structural engineering.
• 3–4 years of professional experience in data center or mission-critical projects.
• Experience with BIM in multidisciplinary project environments.
• Fluent in French, Dutch and English.
• Willing to national and international mobility.
• Driver's license B.

Responsibilities

• Feasibility: coordinate assessment of layouts, requirements, preliminary schedules, procurement strategies, budgets and Tier objectives.
• Project preparation: manage investment analysis, basic engineering, Tier requirements, permitting and procurement planning.
• Project delivery: oversee detailed engineering, construction and commissioning, handover.
