NextLink in the Brussels area, Belgium seeks a Data automation expert to modernize reporting by building automated Power BI dashboards.

You will analyze data flows, consolidate reports, and translate PowerPoint reports into Power BI, guiding maintenance and best practices. The role requires 5+ years, English, French and Dutch fluency, with hands-on MS Office and BI proficiency. Hybrid work: 2 days on site, 3 days remote.

Qualifications

• English, French and Dutch fluent at professional level.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
• Proficient with Power BI and MS Office.
• Strong analytical, accurate, and collaborative skills.
• Ability to present insights clearly to management.

Responsabilités

• Analyze data flow and understand how current reports are built.
• Copy and integrate existing dashboards into a new Power BI solution.
• Translate PowerPoint reports into Power BI formats.
• Set up a new Power BI dashboard for efficient, flexible reporting.
• Support business experts to maintain the BI environment autonomously.
• Share best practices in BI structure and usage.
• Implement an automated dashboard with scheduled data refreshes.
• Communicate clearly with management.

NextLink is having an existingposition as a Data automation expert in Brussels area, Belgium.

General information:

• - Start date: ASAP
• - Duration: 6 months renewable
• - Workload: full time (2 days on site3 days remote)
• - Work location: Brussels area, Belgium

Description:

The Division has an importantreporting need in order to optimize the control, sharing of data, budget andKPI’s. The reporting occurs today via several Excel files, dashboards &Powerpoint

slides for which the data is manuallyextracted from inhouse tools. In the coming months we would like to switch thistype of manual reporting to a global automated Power BI Dashboard.

The objectives are:

• Analysis & comprehension of thedata flow. Understand how the existing reports are constructed.
• Copy existing reports from differentdashboards and integrate it a new one.
• translate curent powerpoint reportsinot powerbi reports
• Set up a new Power BI Dashboard inorder to ensure efficiency and flexibility.
• Help and form a business expert toreach autonomy in the maintenance of the PBI.
• Share best practices in PBIstructure and use.
• Implement an automated version ofthe Dashboard (automated extraction and refresh).
• Be able to communicate in astructured and clear manner to the management of the Division.
