Tropos is seeking a Project Manager & Team Lead in Belgium to drive project delivery and guide a data engineering team. You will split your time: ~75% on project management and ~25% on coaching and developing team members.

You will translate client needs into actionable tasks, apply Agile/Scrum pragmatically, and identify opportunities to create additional value and upsell Tropos services. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Relevant professional experience in project management, people management, preferably in a consulting context.
• A commercial mindset and the ability to recognize opportunities to create additional value for customers and Tropos.
• Affinity with Agile/Scrum practices; ability to apply pragmatically to project needs.

Responsabilités

• Manage scope, time, risk and budget of the project(s).
• Ensure timely and high-quality project delivery with Agile/Scrum practices tailored to the project.
• Identify opportunities for additional value and contribute to upselling Tropos services.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customer and Tropos team; act as liaison.
• Translate business questions into actionable tasks for data engineers.
• Conduct regular one-on-ones and performance reviews.
