Job summary

Cream Consulting, a business & technology consulting company based in the center of Brussels, is seeking a Benjamin Data Analyst to work closely with business teams and turn data into actionable insights. You will collect and analyse large datasets, build dashboards, and support decision-making across banking, insurance, telecom and energy sectors.

The role requires 2+ years of data analysis experience, proficiency in SQL and BI tools, and strong communication in French and English.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis.
• Master’s degree or equivalent in experience.
• Experience with SQL and BI tools (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau).
• Knowledge of Python or SAS.
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch is an asset.
• Ability to explain data insights in a business context.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Understand business needs and translate them into analytical questions.
• Collect, clean and analyse large datasets.
• Identify trends, patterns and performance drivers.
• Build dashboards and reports for decision support.
• Support business users in data interpretation.
