You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, build dashboards, and ensure data accuracy. The position requires advanced SQL, Python or R, and strong communication skills in English plus French/Dutch.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role.
• Fluent in French / Dutch AND English.
• Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
• Ability to translate business needs into analytical requirements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsabilités

• Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify patterns and trends
• Design and generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to provide actionable insights
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and data requirements
• Perform data cleansing, preparation, and validation to ensure accuracy and integrity
• Develop and maintain databases, queries, and data pipelines to support analytics needs
• Conduct predictive and statistical analyses to drive decision-making
• Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and data optimization
