Capgemini Invent in Diegem is seeking a Data Analyst to design and operate SQL-based ETL/ELT pipelines, turning data into actionable insights. You will apply Claude AI to accelerate analysis and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver clear, data-driven recommendations.

You'll build dashboards using Power BI/Tableau/Looker and work across data foundation, insight generation, and stakeholder partnerships in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with SQL for querying, transforming, and modelling data at scale.
• Practical experience building ETL/ELT pipelines, e.g., with dbt.
• Exposure to cloud data platform is an asset.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) to build dashboards and reporting.
• Fluency in English and Dutch or French.

You build and maintain the data pipelines that underpin reliable analysis, apply AI tools such as Claude and business intelligence platforms to accelerate and scale that analysis, and partner directly with stakeholders to ensure findings translate into decisions.Your role includes:Data foundation & engineering• Design, build, and maintain SQL-based ETL/ELT pipelines that prepare data for analysis at scale • Apply sound judgement on data quality, structure, and lineage when working with large or imperfect datasets • Use Python and platforms such as Databricks to automate and scale recurring data processesInsight generation & acceleration• Convert business questions into structured analyses and clear, actionable recommendations • Use AI tools such as Claude to accelerate querying, coding, and documentation, prioritising judgement over manual effort • Build and maintain BI dashboards and self-serve reporting (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) that give stakeholders direct access to insightsStakeholder partnership• Partner with business stakeholders to understand priorities, constraints, and the questions that matter most • Present findings and trade-offs in terms that resonate with both business and technical audiences • Iterate analyses based on stakeholder feedback to ensure recommendations are adopted, not just delivered## **YOUR PROFILE**We are looking for analysts with 2–5 years of experience across several of the following:• Strong hands-on experience with SQL for querying, transforming, and modelling data at scale • Practical experience building ETL/ELT pipelines, e.g., with dbt • Exposure to cloud data platform is an asset • Comfort applying AI tools such as Claude to accelerate analysis, coding, and documentation • Experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Looker) to build dashboards and reporting • Proven ability to translate data into insights that inform business decisions • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently across business and technical audiences • A growth mindset, with curiosity and a strong willingness to learn and develop • Ability to quickly learn new tools, technologies, and business contexts • A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from and contribute to the wider team • Fluency in English and Dutch or FrenchWe're building a team for the future, not hiring against a checklist.
