ITproposal is seeking a Data Analyst to support the analysis, modelling, quality control, documentation, and sharing of geographic and non-geographic data. You will design data models and dictionaries, transform data using FME/Denodo, and ensure quality and compliance across datasets.

The role requires strong SQL skills, data governance knowledge, and experience with GIS tools. You will collaborate with data owners and technical teams to publish secure, well-documented data assets.

Qualifications

• Experience in data analysis and data modelling.
• Knowledge of SQL and database management.
• Experience with data quality and validation tools.
• Knowledge of ETL and data transformation, preferably FME.
• Familiarity with GIS tools such as ArcGIS Pro or QGIS is an advantage.
• Knowledge of open data standards, data governance, and European data directives.
• Knowledge of Denodo and data virtualisation is an advantage.
• Excellent French (C2) communication skills.
