Exsolvæ, a Belgian Data & AI consultancy based in Brussels, seeks a Data Analyst to support a group-wide reporting consolidation project. You will work with SAP data, build Power BI dashboards, and ensure consistent metrics across entities.

Stakeholder coordination is a key success factor. You will collaborate on data quality, governance, and a harmonised group-level framework while operating in a hybrid setup around Brussels.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Data Analytics or BI.
• Hands-on experience with SAP systems and reporting.
• Strong Power BI skills: DAX, Power Query, data modelling, semantic layer design.
• Solid SQL.
• Strong stakeholder management: align people with different metric definitions.
• Structured, process-driven way of working.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM is a big plus.
• Experience in HR analytics or people data is a strong plus.
• Fluent in French/Dutch + English is mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Act as the single point of contact for reporting questions across entities and functions.
• Engage stakeholders across entities and functions to align on definitions, requirements and reporting standards.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and semantic models using DAX and Power Query.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, join and validate data across source systems.
• Analyse and structure data from SAP systems to support operational and management reporting.
• Map, document and challenge existing data processes: where data enters, who owns it, where quality breaks down.
• Support the consolidation of existing reporting into a harmonised group-level framework.
• Contribute to data quality, lineage and governance across reported datasets.

We are looking for a Data Analyst with a strong, structured process mindset to support a group-wide project at one of our clients.

You will work within the client team on an initiative to consolidate and harmonize reporting across entities into a single group-level framework. That means making sense of data across complex enterprise systems: mapping how it flows, where it originates, where quality breaks down and turning it into reporting that supports operational and management decisions. You will be the reference point for reporting across the business, so stakeholder management will matter as much as your technical skills.

Your responsibilities

Your profile

• Hands-on experience with SAP systems and reporting

• A clearly structured, process-driven way of working: you map before you build
• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM is a big plus
• Experience in HR analytics or people data is a strong plus
