Keystone Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst to join a dynamic consultancy mission at a client site in Belgium. You will translate business needs into clear, data-driven requirements and insights that inform decisions and guide AI/analytics delivery.

You will work cross-functionally with business, IT, data, and AI teams to shape use cases, validate solutions, and ensure measurable outcomes, crafting executive-ready PowerPoint narratives with stakeholder buy-in and adoption in mind.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Economics, Information Management, or related field.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Business Analyst in data projects: Mid-level (2+ years).
• Proven ability to work in project mode: Mid-level (2+ years).
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams: Mid-level (2+ years).
• Technical skills: Excel, SQL, Power BI, Proven PowerPoint storytelling expertise.
• Preferable: Microsoft Azure, Databricks.
• Functional experience in the insurance sector.

Responsabilités

• Requirements & Analysis: Gather and document business needs; analyze data to generate actionable insights.
• Insights & Reporting: Build dashboards (Power BI); deliver ad-hoc analyses and clear recommendations.
• Project Support: Take a coordinating role in project planning, follow-up, testing, and deployment; manage risks and draft and maintain documentation.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as liaison between business, IT, and other teams; facilitate workshops in Dutch, French, and English. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• AI & Data Adoption: Support integration of AI/GenAI solutions and change management.
• PowerPoint Storytelling: Create compelling decks with clear narratives, visuals, and ROI to influence decision-making and maintain a consistent visual standard.
