Editx in Brussels is seeking a Business Analyst to translate business needs into data-driven requirements and deliver actionable insights for decision-making.

You will design and build interactive dashboards in Power BI, coordinate planning, testing and deployment, and facilitate workshops between business units and IT teams. Fluent in English, Dutch and French, you will help integrate AI solutions and deliver compelling PowerPoint narratives to communicate ROI to executives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within data-focused projects.
• 3+ years of experience in structured project environments including planning and coordination.
• Strong SQL and Power BI for data reporting.
• Expert in Excel and executive-level PowerPoint storytelling.
• Professional experience within the insurance sector.
• Strong analytical skills and experience collaborating in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English, Dutch and French.

Responsabilités

• Translate business needs into clear, data-driven requirements and generate actionable insights for decision-making.
• Design and build interactive dashboards in Power BI and deliver ad-hoc analyses and recommendations.
• Coordinate project planning, testing, and deployment while managing risks and maintaining project documentation.
• Facilitate workshops and act as the primary liaison between business units and technical IT teams.
• Support the integration of AI and Generative AI solutions through change management and adoption initiatives.
• Create high-quality PowerPoint narratives to communicate visuals, ROI, and influence executive decision-making.
