Pauwels Consulting is seeking a senior leader to oversee end-to-end cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery, stabilization, and sustainable integration into operations. The role requires managing large budgets, complex risks, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will engage with senior stakeholders, enforce governance, and drive best practices across delivery and transition activities in a hybrid Brussels setting.

Qualifications

• 20+ years IT experience in large enterprise environments.
• 10+ years in project, program or transition management.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation programs and service transitions in high-risk environments.
• Expertise in Cybersecurity, IAM, compliance and security best practices.
• Budget oversight exceeding 20M€.
• Certification in PRINCE2, PMI, PMBOK, PM2 or ITIL.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project and MS 365.
• Familiar with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall and COBIT frameworks.
• Proactive, highly structured leadership with conflict resolution skills.
• Dutch or French at C2 level and English at C1 level.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end management of cybersecurity initiatives from initiation to delivery and stabilization.
• Manage scope, timelines and budgets over 20M€; mitigate risks and dependencies.
• Define acceptance criteria; coordinate operational documentation and tooling for service readiness.
• Coordinate knowledge transfer between delivery teams and operational departments.
• Collaborate with senior business, IT and security stakeholders for alignment with compliance and objectives.
• Establish governance, policies and best practices across delivery and transition activities.
