Job summary

Telekom HBS, part of the Telekom Group, is an ICT Systems Integrator providing ICT solutions and services. We are seeking a Cyber Security Governance Specialist to join our team and manage governance, risk and compliance tasks within the GAIA Programme.

The role involves defining and maintaining the cybersecurity governance framework, drafting artefacts, monitoring security requirements for AI-related services, overseeing vendor governance, and preparing management briefings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity governance and compliance requirements within European Institutions, especially DIGIT.
• Good knowledge of governance, risk management and internal control methodologies.
• Experience drafting and maintaining governance artefacts such as risk registers and IT security plans.
• Ability to assess security requirements and controls for emerging technologies such as generative AI.
• Ability to maintain a high-level governance view across multiple services and projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to participate in multilingual meetings and work in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Support GAIA Programme team in cybersecurity governance, risk management and compliance.
• Define and monitor the cybersecurity governance framework for the GAIA landscape.
• Draft and maintain governance artefacts including risk assessments and IT security plans.
• Monitor security requirements and risks related to generative AI services.
• Oversee security governance in vendor and contractor activities in GAIA.
• Establish governance mechanisms for consistent security controls across GAIA applications.
• Prepare security governance reporting, dashboards and briefing materials.
• Support audits and compliance checks with evidence collection and remediation tracking.
• Provide cybersecurity governance advice to Commission projects using GAIA solutions.
