Senior Project Leader – Security Projects - Brussels/Amsterdam/London/Paris - 1+ year extendable

We are seeking a Senior Project Leader (Epic Delivery Owner) to join the CISO Project Team of our client. In this role, you will lead end-to-end Information Security projects across technical and functional domains, ensuring effective delivery within scope, budget, and timelines. You will be at the forefront of a major Identity & Access Management (IDAM) Programme, leading complex security infrastructure initiatives.

The ideal candidate has successfully delivered a full CyberArk infrastructure re-deployment in a large-scale environment and thrives in managing projects with multiple dependencies, stakeholders, and business-critical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver Information Security epics/projects from ideation through to production deployment.
• Ensure adequate resources, validated deliverables, and adherence to governance and methodology.
• Manage scope, planning, budget, quality, risks, and issues in alignment with sponsors and stakeholders.
• Produce and maintain Project Quality Plans and clear reporting to Sponsorship Committees.
• Drive operational readiness and ensure implemented solutions are adopted effectively by business and IT teams.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and embed lessons learned into future deliveries.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years’ proven Project Management experience in large financial services organisations.
• Strong track record of delivering end-to-end projects (1000–3000 man-days) in parallel.
• Experience in Identity & Access Management (IDAM), ideally with CyberArk technologies.
• Skilled in methodologies such as Waterfall, PMI, Prince2, with exposure to Agile delivery.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written, spoken, and presentation).
• High adaptability, problem-solving ability, and a collaborative mindset.
