Jobtailor in Belgium seeks a seasoned CISO/ISO consultant leader to guide and develop security programs for diverse clients. You will drive risk assessments, map programs to ISO27001/NIST, and lead teams to deliver high-quality security services across engagements.

The role requires NATO citizenship, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and certifications (CISA/CISSP/CISM) with proven ISO27k delivery experience. Strong communication and client collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Citizenship in a NATO member state.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Security, or related field.
• Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, ISO27001 Implementer/Auditor or equivalent preferred.
• Proven experience as a CISO and/or implementing ISO27k at clients.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage a team of CISO/ISO consultants delivering client services.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives, risks, and security requirements.
• Assess client security maturity using ISO or NIST standards.
• Identify security gaps and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement fit-for-purpose security programs aligned with industry standards.
• Drive client security programs and act as a security champion.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify vulnerabilities; propose mitigations.
• Oversee implementation of security programs, policies, and controls.
• Provide management updates on security status; hold steering committees with stakeholders.
