Jobtailor is seeking a senior security leader to guide and grow a team of CISO/ISO consultants in Belgium. You will collaborate with clients to translate business objectives into robust security programs, assess maturity against ISO/NIST standards, and drive risk-based roadmaps that mitigate vulnerabilities.

You will lead policy development, coordinate steered client engagements, and communicate security posture to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with customer needs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Security, or related field.
• CISA, CISSP, CISM or ISO27001 Implementer/Auditor certifications preferred.
• Proven experience as a CISO and implementing ISO27001 at clients.
• Experience with risk assessment and policy development.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage a team of consultants in CISO/ISO programs.
• Contribute actively to client projects and align security with business goals.
• Assess client security maturity using ISO or NIST standards.
• Develop and implement fit-for-purpose security programs.
• Drive client security programs and act as a security champion.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify vulnerabilities; propose mitigations.
• Oversee policies, procedures, and controls implementation.
• Provide management updates on security posture; run steering committees.
