Huxley in Belgium is seeking an experienced Senior Cyber Security Program Manager to lead strategic cybersecurity initiatives across the organization. You will define roadmaps and manage large cross-functional programs, coordinating with IT, Security, Risk, Compliance and senior leadership.

The role focuses on governance, cyber risk management, and future cryptographic challenges, including Post-Quantum Cryptography, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing large-scale IT, cybersecurity, or transformation programs.
• Strong experience in cybersecurity governance and risk management.
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience communicating with senior management and executive stakeholders.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Cyber Security Program Manager to lead and drive strategic cybersecurity initiatives across the organization.

You will be responsible for defining roadmaps, managing complex cross-functional programs, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of cybersecurity transformation initiatives.

The role sits at the intersection of cybersecurity, technology, governance, and business strategy, requiring close collaboration with IT, Security, Risk, Compliance, and senior leadership teams.

As part of the cybersecurity strategy roadmap, you will also contribute to the organization's preparedness for emerging threats and future cryptographic challenges, including Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) and long-term cyber resilience initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Strong program delivery, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience within the banking or financial services sector.
• Cybersecurity transformation or modernization programs.
• Knowledge of cryptography, encryption technologies, or Post-Quantum Cryptography.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• CISSP, CISA, CRISC, PRINCE2, PMP, ITIL, ADKAR, or similar certifications.
