Huxley is seeking a Cyber Security Program Manager in Bruxelles for a contract position. The role focuses on driving the bank-wide cyber security strategy with emphasis on post-quantum cryptography and long-term cryptographic resilience.

You will define and oversee a high-impact portfolio, engage senior stakeholders, and ensure compliance with evolving cryptographic standards and regulatory guidelines. Hybrid work arrangement is based in Brussels.

Qualifications

• Define the cyber security initiative strategy, translate it into a prioritized portfolio, and oversee cross-dependencies to deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Develop long-term and short/medium-term roadmaps with clear priorities and budgets, then drive day-to-day delivery, removing impediments and ensuring adherence to master plans.
• Apply strong PQC fundamentals (e.g., lattice-based algorithms, hybrid encryption, NIST standardization) to guide cryptographic modernization and resilience.
• Lead initiatives aligned with security frameworks and risk management practices, ensuring compliance with group standards and external guidelines.
• Interact with senior management and ExCo, translating quantum risk and PQC transition into clear, actionable memos.
• Support policy improvements and quantum-safe data security framework development in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Drive success across disciplines, tailor messaging for executives and technical teams.
