EVS is seeking a Cyber Security Operations Manager to lead the IT Security team within our IT Corporate department. You will coordinate security operations, incident response, detection, remediation and governance across IT Infrastructure, Support and Applications.

You will manage Cyber Security Analysts, promote a Shift Left approach, and ensure compliance with NIS2 and ISO/IEC 27001. This hands-on leadership role focuses on practical execution, dashboards, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on cybersecurity experience in SOC/SecOps or Blue Team roles.
• Ability to work autonomously, take ownership, and drive initiatives forward.
• Experience navigating complex IT environments (infrastructure, networks, cloud, endpoints).

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day security operations, including SOC activities and threat monitoring.
• Coordinate incident response across IT teams and external partners.
• Track remediation plans and ensure follow-up through to closure.
• Deploy, operate, and fine‑tune security tooling (SIEM/EDR).
• Maintain dashboards, KPIs, and security performance indicators.
• Ensure compliance with NIS2, ISO/IEC 27001 and related frameworks.
