EVS Broadcast Equipment SA seeks a Cyber Security Operations Manager to lead the IT Security team in security operations, incident response, and remediation. This hands-on role links IT operations with governance, guiding analysts and coordinating with external partners.

Responsibilities include threat monitoring, vulnerability management, and driving a Shift Left approach while ensuring compliance with NIS2, CRA, and ISO/IEC 27001. Hybrid work and career growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Hands-on cybersecurity experience in SOC, SecOps or Blue Team roles.
• Ability to lead operational security initiatives with autonomy.
• Experience across infrastructure, networks and endpoints.
• Exposure to coordinating teams and external providers.
