Liege Airport Academy is seeking a logistics and customs coordinator to prepare and submit documentation, monitor clearance, and ensure compliance with trade rules.

You will record clearance activities, track orders, coordinate internal and external resources, and handle customer service emails and tickets while driving process improvements. This on-site role is based in Liège and offers opportunities to optimize cross-border operations within a collaborative team.

• Manage exceptions: notify customers, log incidents, follow up and close
• Analyze incidents and drive process/system improvements
• Support customer self-pickup truck operations and handle service emails/tickets
