Overview
Customer Success Manager (gn) - Remote/Hybrid. Available immediately at our Headquarters in Hasselt, Belgium, or as a hybrid model close to the Headquarters; possible in Germany as well. Remote work options available outside Belgium.
Responsibilities
- Own adoption and retention for a specific portfolio of accounts across different verticals.
- Interact with customers to ensure access to TrendMiner resources (customer training, on-site support services, release information, user support) to generate business value from the TrendMiner platform.
- Develop and complete Success plans based on customer goals and KPIs (retention, customer value).
- Accelerate time-to-value by facilitating a smooth customer experience.
- Build and manage stakeholder relationships; tailor the TrendMiner Customer Journey to customer needs.
- Identify, log and discuss risks/opportunities related to renewal, value, and expansion; collaborate with project managers to mitigate risks; create and execute action plans as needed.
- Drive value, adoption and satisfaction with sponsors and project managers; support contract renewals and upsell; assist customers in using TrendMiner as their analytics toolbox with the Support and Data Analytics Engineers.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support and R&D teams to capture requirements, deliver insights, and drive product improvements.
- Travel to work directly with customers up to 15% as needed.
Qualifications
- B.Sc. in a commercial or technical field or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience using data analytics; understanding of the processing industry (Chemical, Oil & Gas, Food & Bev, etc.).
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success Management, especially in a B2B software company.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects; prioritize based on business impact.
- Proficiency in German and English (spoken and written); knowledge of French, Spanish, Dutch is a plus.
- Experience in project management and managing changes; proactive, hands-on, and value-focused for customers.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build trusted client relationships; comfortable with uncertainty and moving forward with partial information.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills; willingness to travel up to 15% for customer work.
