Senhive provides robust, real-time solutions in support of air traffic management systems and protects airspace from unauthorised or hostile drone activity. The company serves defence, aerospace, security and critical infrastructure sectors, enhancing situational awareness and operational security through intelligent, scalable, and resilient systems. Senhive is a privately owned Belgian company founded in 2019 with research, development, and production based in Belgium.

Product focus: SENID+ is the flagship product that detects cooperative and non-cooperative drones in a range of 25km based on RF, acoustic and optical solutions.

Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager, you are the key link between Senhive and our clients—ranging from critical infrastructure operators to defence and security forces. You ensure our customers are fully supported before, during, and after deployment. Your focus is on maximising customer satisfaction, system adoption, and long-term value.

Responsibilities
  • Own the customer journey: onboarding, training, and long-term engagement
  • Act as the main point of contact for key accounts
  • Provide strategic advice to ensure customers achieve their operational goals
  • Coordinate with sales, engineering, and support teams to solve complex issues
  • Support renewals and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Drive customer advocacy through testimonials, case studies, and referrals
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, engineering, security, or related field
  • Proven track record of complex project management
  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Support
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch. Native French-speaking candidates have a significant advantage due to activity in the French defence & security domain.
  • Experience working with B2B or public sector clients; defence/security familiarity is a plus
  • Strong organisational skills, problem-solving mindset, and a high level of professionalism
  • Interest & experience in (drone) technology, defence and security is a bonus
  • Willingness to travel regularly within Europe, especially France

Location & Security
