Your Mission:

Become the go-to partner for our dealers — call, connect, and uncover their true needs.

Guide new customers through an exciting onboarding journey.

Be their digital expert — optimizing their online presence and boosting their sales.

Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities like a pro.

Turn challenges into opportunities, always keeping a solution-driven mindset.

Your Superpowers:

3+ years in Customer Success, Customer Care, or any client-facing role.

A strong background in sales support or digital media? Even better.

Fluent in French or Dutch, with great knowledge of the other (English is a big plus).

Tech-savvy: you love digital tools and know your way around Salesforce (or willing to learn fast!).

Strong communicator, team player, and problem solver.
