Belgie Vacature is seeking a dedicated order management professional to coordinate the entire order lifecycle in an international setting, ensuring accurate handling from request to delivery.

You will liaise with Sales, Supply Chain and Finance, prepare export documents, monitor timelines, report on order status, and drive improvements in processes to boost customer satisfaction. The role offers a diverse, cross-functional environment with room to grow in international business processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service, administration, or order management.
  • Experience in an international environment is a strong asset.
  • Experience in the shipping industry.
  • Experience with shipping documents (Sea Waybill, Bill of Lading,...).
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Teams, Power BI).
  • Knowledge of Incoterms and international payment terms is considered an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
  • Team player who thrives in an open and collaborative working environment.
  • Able to work independently with a hands-on approach.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Italian, Spanish, or any other additional language is a plus.

Responsabilités

  • Identify potential bottlenecks within processes and contribute to improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in internal meetings and collaborate with various departments.

Job Description
