Teamleader in Ghent, Belgium, is seeking a Customer Marketing Specialist (Education & Adoption) to own our education motion. You’ll create video content that explains features and fuels adoption across the customer journey.

You will host webinars in Dutch and English, collaborate with Product and Customer Success, and use AI to scale content while preserving a personal touch. This role blends marketing craft with customer success, and offers a hybrid work model with extensive training, a tooling

Qualifications

Comfortable appearing on camera.
Background in B2B marketing.
Customer-oriented with SMB focus.
Experience hosting webinars or keen to start.
Strong written and verbal communication in Dutch and English.

Responsabilités

Create video content educating customers—feature explainers, how-to videos, and tutorials.
Host webinars and live sessions in Dutch and English with product alignment and analytics.
Craft messages to the right audience at the right moment with segmentation.
Drive adoption and upsell based on data and customer insights.
Help build customer advocacy programs with testimonials and referrals.
Leverage AI for dubbing, transcriptions, and content repurposing at scale.
Collaborate with Digital CS, Product, Marketing and Data teams to maximize value.
