Thales is seeking a CUAS Systems Engineer to drive systems engineering for a Counter UAS system. You will integrate radar, electro-optics and other sensors with effectors, ensuring a cohesive, testable and field-ready solution.

The role requires hands-on integration and coordinating activities across multiple suppliers, engineering teams, and military end users. A strong background in defence engineering and systems thinking is essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Aerospace or Systems Engineering.
• A minimum of 4 years of work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in air defence systems.
• Experience with systems engineering tools like Polarion or IBM DOORS.

Responsabilités

• Elicit, analyze, and manage technical requirements for CUAS.
• Integrate radar, electro-optics and sensors with effectors.
• Coordinate system-level integration across suppliers and teams.
• Define interfaces and manage system testing, qualification and delivery.
• Ensure configuration management and traceability of interfaces.
