Qualifications

• This Master internship focuses on noise analysis to study interface disorder in scaled CMOS tech at cryogenic temperatures.
• Supervising scientists: Edoardo Catapano and Alexander Grill (imec).

Responsibilities

• Investigate the nanoscale origins of noise in CMOS at 4 K.
• Perform noise spectroscopy experiments and data analysis.
• Work in world-class laboratories with cutting-edge cryogenic technology.
