Finalyse Group is seeking a CRR/Basel IV Functional Consultant to join our Risk Advisory practice in Belgium. You will develop, validate, deploy and inspect Basel-based RWA calculations for regulatory capital, working with market engines and in‑house tools.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, implement Basel CRR/CRD concepts, and support client engagements across Europe. Fluent English required, French or Dutch preferred, with a flexible hybrid/remote work model and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in banking with credit risk regulatory knowledge.
• Experience in Basel/CRR topics including CRM allocation and SA-CCR.
• Familiar with Basel regulations; ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• Analytical mindset with strong communication and writing skills.
• Fluent English; French or Dutch language skills are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Act as subject matter expert in credit risk and Basel regulations.
• Analyze Basel/CRR requirements and implement them in capital calculations.
• Liaise with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Enhance risk management policies and procedures.
• Support development of credit risk models and regulatory reporting.
• Automate and produce risk and regulatory reports.
• Build client relationships and participate in business development.
