LCL Belgium is seeking a Critical Infrastructure NOC Manager to lead and develop a high-performing Network Operations Center (NOC). You will manage daily operations across multiple data center sites while enhancing the skills and knowledge of a team of NOC professionals.
Ideal candidates will possess technical skills in electrical systems and a solid understanding of operational processes in the critical infrastructure sector. LCL offers a full-time permanent contract with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.
LCL has many years of experience and unparalleled expertise in the data center industry. With locations in Diegem, Aalst, Antwerp, Huizingen, and Gembloux, we serve customers across a wide range of sectors.
To meet evolving market demands, we have expanded our portfolio in recent years to include connectivity and cloud solutions. Alongside our technical expertise and reputation as a trusted partner, our focus on co-creation and sustainability remains a key driver of our success. That’s where the future lies.
As you can see, we listen to our customers and build long‑term relationships with them. To support LCL’s continued growth and further professionalize our Network Operations Center (NOC), we are looking for a Critical Infrastructure NOC Manager who will help build a high‑performing and future‑oriented NOC organization.
As a Critical Infrastructure NOC Manager, you will contribute to building a standardized and scalable NOC operation across all data center sites. You will share responsibility for the daily operational management and ongoing development of the NOC. You will develop, implement, and optimize processes, procedures, runbooks, and incident management practices to ensure the NOC team responds quickly, accurately, and consistently to alarms, incidents, and operational challenges.
In addition, you will establish a strong training and knowledge management framework. Through onboarding programs, training initiatives, and hands‑on simulations, you will strengthen the technical expertise and decision‑making capabilities of NOC employees. You will coach, motivate, and develop a team of 12 NOC professionals working in a continuous 24/7 operational environment. You will ensure strict adherence to incident management procedures by training operators, monitoring compliance with escalation paths, customer communication standards, and reporting requirements, and driving continuous process improvement. You will oversee the quality of monitoring, alarm handling, incident response, and ticket management processes, ensuring that critical alerts receive prompt and appropriate attention. As a key link between the NOC, field technicians, technical experts, IT teams, and external partners, you will foster efficient collaboration and clear communication across all sites.
You will report directly to the Critical Infrastructure Manager. Your primary workplace will be Aalst, with regular coordination and collaboration across LCL’s other locations.
At LCL, we are committed to diversity and inclusion. We strive to create a workplace where everyone feels welcome and where different backgrounds, identities, and talents contribute to a stronger organization. We recruit based on competencies and aim to build a team that reflects the diversity of society.
