Five Guys International in Antwerp is hiring a Crew Member to be part of the guest experience. No previous restaurant experience required—just the right mindset.

You’ll join a fast-paced, team-focused environment where every shift is different and learning happens on the job. You’ll cook and assemble burgers and fries, take orders, welcome guests, and help keep the restaurant running smoothly while delivering great service with a smile.

Qualifications

• No prior restaurant experience required; right mindset.
• You’re 16 years or older.
• You speak Dutch, French and/or English.
• You’re a student.
• You’re flexible and available several days a week.
• You bring energy and enjoy teamwork.
• You can handle a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

As a Crew Member, you’re a big part of the Five Guys experience. No two shifts are the same. You’ll:

• Help customers choose their perfect burger

• Cook and assemble fresh burgers and fries

• Take orders, welcome guests, and keep the restaurant running smoothly

• Deliver great service with a smile (we’re just as proud of our service as our food)

You’ll learn every part of the restaurant, and we’ll support you every step of the way. Think: earn while you learn.
