Five Guys International in Antwerp is hiring a Crew Member to be a key part of the guest experience. You’ll learn every part of the restaurant while earning money and gaining experience in a fast-paced environment.

No prior experience required; you must be 16 or older, speak Dutch, French, or English, and enjoy teamwork. Flexible hours, learning opportunities, and a fun, energetic workplace are offered.

• You must be 16 years or older and able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Fluency in Dutch, French and/or English is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Help customers choose their perfect burger.
• Cook and assemble fresh burgers and fries.
• Take orders, welcome guests, and keep the restaurant running smoothly.
• Deliver great service with a smile and uphold quality standards.

What You'll Do

As a Crew Member, you’re a big part of the Five Guys experience. No two shifts are the same. You’ll:

• Help customers choose their perfect burger
• Cook and assemble fresh burgers and fries
• Take orders, welcome guests, and keep the restaurant running smoothly
• Deliver great service with a smile (we’re just as proud of our service as our food)

You’ll learn every part of the restaurant, and we’ll support you every step of the way. Think: earn while you learn.

What We're Looking For

You don’t need experience - just the right mindset.

• You’re 16 years or older
• You bring energy and enjoy working as part of a team
• You can handle a fast-paced environment
• You speak Dutch, French and/or English; other languages are a plus!
• You're a student
• You’re flexible and available several days a week
