Axis Group - HR Advisor is seeking a Credit Business Expert for a freelance assignment in Antwerp. You will translate business needs into requirements and develop cases to improve processes and systems.

Experience in the credit sector is required.
Strong analytical skills and risk awareness.
Ability to manage stakeholders and drive process improvements.

Responsabilités

Translate business needs into clear requirements for the organization.
Develop and substantiate business cases for improving processes and systems.
Prepare and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including follow-up.
Identify inefficiencies, operational risks, and manual steps within processes.
Analyze existing processes and design optimized versions for the future.
Set priorities within improvement and change initiatives.
Coordinate and monitor implementations in collaboration with stakeholders.
Assess the impact of changes on risks, customer experience, and operational performance.
