Een HR-consultancybedrijf zoekt een ervaren Senior Project Manager om HR-softwareprojecten te beheren. Vereist is minimaal 8 jaar ervaring in projectmanagement en vloeiendheid in Engels, Nederlands en Frans. De rol omvat verantwoordelijkheden zoals het organiseren van testfasen, het beheren van stakeholders en het toezien op de projectvoortgang. Deze functie is tijdelijk met mogelijkheid tot verlenging.

Qualifications

  • Minimaal 8 jaar ervaring in projectmanagement, inclusief implementatie van HR-softwareplatformen.
  • Ervaring in een Human Resources omgeving of sterke interesse in HR-processen.

Responsabilités

  • Organiseren van UAT-tests en opvolgen van de testvoortgang.
  • Verantwoordelijk voor projectdocumentatie en het bewaken van commitments.
  • Beheren van de projectscope, budget en planning.

Your assignment

Project Manager HR

  • You organize the UAT tests, and you follow-up testing progress and bug fixing. You escalate blocking issues to partners in order to secure the project deadline.
  • You provide the project documentation on planning, communication, UAT, …
  • You participate in analysis workshops and ensure the requirements are captured in the blueprint
  • You are responsible for the integration (quality and solution) of the different aspects if implemented by distinctive project groups.
  • You are responsible for clear agreements with the partners in the projects and follow-up of commitments and realisations.
  • You are responsible for managing close relations with all stakeholders including different partners, and for managing/coordinating the work of the project team members (internal and third parties).
  • You are responsible for project scope, - budget and planning.
  • Therefore you manage the project evolution and develop required change measures to make sure the projects deliver the expected results in a cost-efficient manner.
  • You are responsible for managing a/the HR project(s) from start to finish/ Go live primarily HR platforms.
Your profile / experience
  • You are fluent in English, Dutch and French.
  • You have good communication skills and you are a good listener.
  • You can structure a project with several partners involved. You create project overviews to secure transparency to all stakeholders.
  • You have strong analytical capabilities and ability to detect/ assess dependencies, issues and risks, and able to act and drive for solution.
  • You have a sound experience in project management methodologies, practices and tools.
  • Experience with within Human Resources environment, or with a strong interest in HR processes and employee experience.
  • Minimum 8 years of project management experience including the implementation of HR software platforms.
Contract details
  • Mission is till the end of the year, with a possible extension of 6 months in 2026
  • Languages: Dutch or French (Level Full professional proficiency); English (Level Full professional proficiency)
