A new tech startup is seeking a co-founder to build a media ecosystem from scratch. In this equity-only role, you'll lead creative operations, produce varied media assets, and craft a compelling brand narrative. Ideal candidates are creative operators with a passion for storytelling and brand strategy. This position is primarily based in Brussels, with remote options available for EU candidates.

The person we’re looking for probably lives on YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok, not LinkedIn. You’ve likely worked with or been inspired by lifestyle and creator-led brands like Gymshark, Liquid Death, or Notion, brands that make people feel part of something bigger. That’s exactly what we want for HirerPro: to bring it to life as a lifestyle brand and movement, not just another startup. We want content that’s bold, visual, emotional, and disruptive, not the generic “startup marketing” everyone scrolls past.

Your Role

This is not a typical “marketing” or “creative director” job.

We’re looking for a creative operator, someone who wants to build a media ecosystem from scratch, not plan campaigns from behind a desk.

You’ll work directly with the founder to craft a brand and media engine that makes HirerPro impossible to ignore.

We’re talking cameras, mics, editing tools, design boards, podcast rooms, and an endless stream of high-quality creative output. You’ll create an environment, a visual identity, and a storytelling rhythm that make HirerPro feel premium, exclusive, and aspirational, a brand people are proud to be part of.

What You’ll Do

  • Produce, design, and edit visual and media assets across formats, video podcasts, short documentaries, founder clips, brand videos, and social content.
  • Design and build a cohesive creative ecosystem: one-pagers, lead magnets, case studies, newsletters, pitch decks, and digital visuals.
  • Lead media production: record on-site content, manage gear, set up shoots, and coordinate post-production.
  • Shape the brand’s energy and tone: ensure every piece of content reflects the exclusivity, trust, and momentum of HirerPro.
  • Collaborate directly with the founder to turn strategic insights and industry pain points into engaging storytelling and content campaigns.
  • Build systems and templates to scale creative production (freelancers, editors, automations).
  • (Bonus) Support community activation: help turn content into engagement, engagement into belonging.

You Might Be the One If

  • You’re a maker at heart, you shoot, design, edit, and publish.
  • You think in stories, visuals, and motion.
  • You know how to make something look expensive without spending much.
  • You love startups, speed, and figuring things out.
  • You’ve built or contributed to a content or media brand that people actually noticed.
  • You’re hungry, curious, and have a “let’s make it happen” mindset.

If you can also bring brand strategy expertise (positioning, messaging, emotional DNA), that’s a big plus - but not a must.

If that’s not your strength, we’ll bring in a fractional brand strategist to support you while you focus on creating and producing at full speed.

Practicalities

  • Location: Brussels-based preferred (or EU remote)
  • Stage: Early-stage co-founder role (equity-based, potential salary post-funding)
  • Start: As soon as possible
