Turner & Townsend is seeking a Cost Management Consultant based in Geel, Belgium, to manage commercial real estate solutions for a Life Sciences client. This role involves overseeing project costs and ensuring compliance with budgets.

The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of relevant experience, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. On-site work will be required 4 days a week as part of a multi-year construction project.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in cost management.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on multiple sources of information.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
