Job summary

Responsibilities

• Event Monitoring & Validation: Track corporate action announcements and verify key details.
• System Updates: Enter/update event data in internal systems with high data quality.
• Entitlement Support: Assist with entitlement calculations and pre‑payment checks.
• Instruction Handling (Voluntary Events): Prepare client election summaries and validate instructions.
• Cash & Securities Allocation: Support allocation of corporate action proceeds and validate amounts.
• Break Investigation: Identify mismatches and document findings following procedures.
• Documentation & Process Improvement: Update procedures and contribute to automation.
