Movify SRL in Belgium is seeking a creative copywriter with chatbot design experience to join a fast‑paced, collaborative team. You will craft engaging copy, shape bot personas, and optimize dialogs using NLP, collaborating with designers and developers.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years hands‑on experience with chatbot projects and copywriting.
• Native NL or FR + fluent EN.

• Ability to think creatively and take ownership of projects.

• Create, structure and write engaging copy
• Collaborate with other designers to craft bots persona and dialogs flow that resonate with the user
• Conduct research and workshops to understand user needs
• Utilise NLP techniques to enhance bots understanding and responses
• Contribute to the conversational design system by keeping the content coherence, consistency and quality
• Monitor chatbot performances and gather data, to improve the users experience
• Collaborate with developers on bot implementation and incidents management
• At least 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience dealing with chatbot projects and copywriting
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Ability to quickly absorb and understand new contexts
• Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions
• Ability to take ownership of your projects
• Flexibility towards new situations and challenges
• Native NL or FR + fluent in EN
