Movify SRL in Belgium is seeking an experienced Product Owner/Analyst to help shape digital products with an agile team. You will define the vision, organize and prioritize backlog items, and align with business and technical stakeholders to maximize value. You will participate in all agile ceremonies, monitor velocity with the Scrum Master, and take ownership of projects. Native FR or NL plus fluent English is expected, and you thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as Product Owner or Analyst.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Ability to quickly absorb and understand business processes.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies (Stand-ups, Planning, Refinement) and monitor velocity with the Scrum Master.

• Build the best digital products for the end users with your agile team
• Define and communicate the vision for your project
• Create, organize and prioritize your backlog items in synchronization with the
  different business and technical stakeholders
• Align with the other POs to coordinate dependencies
• Make the link between the stakeholders and your team
• Participate to every Agile Ceremonies (Stand-ups, Refinements, Sprint Planning,
  Sprint Retrospective, …)
• Monitor the velocity of the team together with the Scrum Master and make sure to
  maximize the value produced by your team
• 3+ years of hands-on experience as Product Owner or Analyst
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Ability to quickly absorb and understand business processes
• Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions to business
  problems
• Ability to take ownership of your projects
• Flexibility towards new situations and challenges
• Native FR or NL + fluent in EN
• A team-player attitude
• A strong sense of humor
