Koda Tech is seeking a passionate Voice AI Engineer in Belgium to design, develop and deploy Voice AI and Conversational AI solutions using Large Language Models. You will build chatbots and voice assistants, craft prompts, and shape user experiences.

You will join a growing AI team and work on cutting-edge Generative AI use cases, collaborating with product stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions and drive production deployments.

Qualifications

• Commercial experience building Voice AI, Conversational AI, or Chatbot solutions.
• Strong experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) including OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or similar technologies.
• Experience designing conversational flows and user journeys.
• Strong programming experience, ideally with Python.
• Experience integrating AI models into real-world applications.
• Understanding of modern Generative AI concepts and frameworks.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

An innovative technology company is looking to hire a Voice AI Engineer to help build and enhance the next generation of conversational AI solutions.

This role will focus on developing intelligent voice and chatbot applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), with a strong emphasis on prompt engineering and creating natural, engaging user experiences.

You'll be joining a growing AI team where you'll have the opportunity to shape products from an early stage and work on cutting-edge Generative AI use cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy Voice AI and Conversational AI solutions.
• Build intelligent chatbot and voice assistant applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).

• Strong programming experience, ideally with Python.
• Experience integrating AI models into real-world applications.
• Understanding of modern Generative AI concepts and frameworks.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with speech-to-text and text-to-speech technologies.
• Experience building Voice AI Agents.
• Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph or similar.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or GCP.
• Experience working within a start-up or fast-growth environment.
• Understanding of AI product development lifecycles.
