Job summary

Rezolve Ai is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee the end-to-end management of the Agreement, including obligations, amendments and disputes. You will ensure compliance, coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders, and support customers in complex contract scenarios.

This role requires strong knowledge of contract law and structures such as SoW, MSA and SLA, plus hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Legal knowledge and contract management experience.
• Knowledge of contract law.
• Understanding of contract structures: SoW, MSA, SLA, Change Requests.
• Experience of working in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge and understanding of creating and managing contracts.
• Should have working experience with customer Contract management team.
• Knowledge and practical understanding of DPA, GDPR, and NIS2 (Any 1-2 of these)
• Hands-on, day-to-day operational execution experience.

Responsibilities

• The Contract Manager is responsible for managing the Agreement, including contractual obligations, Contract amendments and Disputes.
• Managing contractual obligations and contract amendments.
• Reporting on compliance with all contractual obligations.
• Following up on contractual disputes.
• Supporting customer in disputes with customer’s suppliers involving the Service provider and for which customer reasonably requires support from the Service provider.
