Qualifications

• Prepare governance committee materials and contribute to strategic account planning.
• Build trusted relationships with client counterparts in a client-facing role.

What You’ll Do

As a Contract Management Manager , you will:

What We’re Looking For

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or related field.

Experience:

• 7 - 10 years of experience in contract management or similar roles.
• Proven experience in contract negotiation, drafting operational annexes, and governance preparation.
• Exposure to complex programs across industries (e.g., Banking, Utilities, Energy, Public Sector).

Skills:

• Strong legal background with business and IT understanding.
• Excellent drafting and interpretation skills, including translation quality.
• Financial acumen (pricing mechanisms and commercial models).
• Risk management and compliance expertise with a business mindset.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with client executives at all levels.
• Basic understanding of commercial contracting regulations, subcontracting practices, and terms & conditions.

Languages:

• Fluent Dutch speaker (mandatory).
• Professional proficiency in English; French is a plus.
